Gerard Ghazarian had a successful media career, culminating as Vice President of Broadcasting Advertising Nederland. In 2007, he founded Candid. The platform has seen significant growth through acquisitions, employing 300+ skilled professionals and generating over 150 million euros annually. Gerard emphasizes diversity as a key to innovation. Outside work, he enjoys high-adrenaline activities and values personal growth.
Ruud Wanck - Chief Executive Officer

Rudiger (Ruud) graduated in Physics and Business Economics in the mid 1990s and started his own marketing agency, moving into internet advertising early on. He later joined WPP Group, eventually becoming the worldwide CEO of GroupM Connect. In 2016, he co-founded Moon.Ventures and in 2020, joined Candid as a Partner and the platform CEO. He resides in London and Amsterdam with his partner, is a proud father, co-founder of Humathon.org, and co-author of 'Internet Advertising and Marketing'.
Youri van der Mijn - Chief Governance Officer

Youri started his journey in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, delving into the complexities of the Offshore industry. Transitioning to marketing, he applied his analytical skills in a dynamic environment. In 2007 he co-founded Candid and currently serves the platform as CGO where he ensures that the company operates with integrity, in line with the law, and in a way that fosters long-term value for all stakeholders.
